you're not playing any demanding games, so 6600gt will allow you to max everything you play and still have decent fps

what do you consider demanding?

well right now probably doom 3 max and farcry max, and perhaps EQ2 max

even counter strike source maxed (4aa/16af/all high/reflect) 6600gt still gets 90fps on my system, so it shouldn't be a lot lower than that on yours; perhaps 60-70, which is still very good
