Windows media player

For some reason when I try to play a movie on windows media player, I get a blue picture. You can see the images but they are all different shades of blue. I have no other problems with any other movies, just on windows media player. Anyone know what to do in this situation?

Does this happen for every video you try to watch? If so i would uninstall windows media player. Then go DL windows media player 10.

Which media player version do you have and what type of movie? Codecs may be required.
