software for Uncensoring Pictures???

Is there any software available out there that is able to uncensor pictures? Is there a way to uncensor them at all???? thanks in advance!

what is the purpose of this? i do not understand what you mean by censored pictures. is the picture blurred or has black bars in it? what file format are you talking about? if it is jpeg than no.

the images are both jpeg and gifs. The picture part is blurred, its not blacked out (or cut). I just want to see what this girl looks like w/o the blurs. Thanks again~!

oh i see, jpeg is a lossy format (it degrades) and holds no history data. the blurring effect is applied to the source image and saved as jpeg. it is impossible to to undo a blur effect on a jpeg.

thanks placebo. RatedR is the whole picture blurred or are just parts of it blurred? if the whole picture is blurred than some software is blocking it.

if only parts are blurred than what i said was correct. i have been learning photoshop for 3+ years, this seems very common sense to me.
