Im sorta new to the whole computer technology think but i always download halo videos and one day my computer deleted all the movies and the folder everytime i download another movie it deletes it everytime i log on

Check for viri' run adaware too. If it is in temporary internet files folder, it mighht be set to clear that after each log on etc.
