CPU VCore and PSU

Mine isnt too pricey, and it conditions the line. I live on an acreage where we get occasional low-power moments. I can hear the UPS click as it adjusts the power to be correct.

Ok, I have decided to do something about this before my warrenties expire. What component is most likely at fault? From what I gather, it is probably my mobo. But, again, I'm not sure.

Also, where are the temp sensors for the CPU? Are they on the motherboard or the chip itself?

I would still say that your mobo is at fault. Just because 1.3V is supplied by the motherboard. Try RMAing that, and hopefully that will fix your prob
