well many people have told me that my RAM is probably bad. But i've run memtest, and haven't come up with any errors. So far, i haven't had any more BSODs and the computer has been running 24/7 and doing things since I posted this thread.
and yes i've upgraded all software and drivers. Crappy motherboard is definitely possible lol (Chaintech 9VJL3)
