File Open Error Message ???

I've downloaded couple of files off the internet & getting this error messages.

Wonder if anyone around can help me know more about this particular error (as seen in the attachment) & the possible solution to sort it out.

It's a couple of programs (from the icons I can see) where one icon is of "parrot" (285 KB) & the other one is of "normal software program" (1.90 MB) icon.

Both programs itself contain some "wav" files, as far as I know.

right-click the file, click properties, click the compatibility tab, click "run this program in compatibilty mode for:" then select Windows 95 out of the drop down menu.

This should do it for you. I know that XP can do compat mode, but Im not sure if 2000 will...
