if you have a 478, just stick with it

if you're gonna upgrade to 775, then you might as well go AMD

or buy mine now for 40 more :D sealed

Dude, you are such a hustler.

You can get 775 boards that support agp, but they are crap. You can get boardsd that supprt BOTH AGP and PCI-E, and they are even crappier! It's like getting a board that supports 478 and 775, made by ASRock. What a crappy board.

get a gigabyte board or an Asus. They make 775/AGP mobos. They really good boards. It's just that you'll to settle for a intel 865 chipset.

I think the P4P800 is one of the boards compatible with the Pentium M adapter. I would get that and a 2.13Ghz Pentium M. Oc it to 2.5 and own A64-Fx :D

I meant 'CAN' not 'CANT', my bad. I was slightly in the bag when i typed that.

You can get a 775 board with an AGP slot, but they are crap. Even made by very reputable companies, they are still the lower-end boards that those companies put out.

They are not lower end boards. Asus and Gigabyte make some pretty nice mobos that are AGP/775.

But you have to settle for an older chipset (intel 865PE)
