starting windows for the first time

I have a computer in my shop with a dinky problem. The problem is that when we restart the computer windows comes up and it says on the bottom starting windows for the first time. Windows starts and runs normally and I normally would not bother with it but the customer wants it to look like the normal windows screen. Does anybody have an idea how to change that screen to normal?

Was the Windows installation completed successfully?
This screen is only supposed to appear once, which is the initial bootup after the install, and it's supposed to default to the regular one by itself, after the install.
