OC'ing 9600 pro

Will I notice a difference if I OC a Radeon 9600 pro? And if so, how shall I go about doing this, and will I need any extra cooling for it? My computer stays really cool with 4 fans not counting the 2 on the PSU.

I overclocked my 9200 from a core speed of 199 to 300. a 50% increase. Then I overclocked the memory from 160 to 205 and i gained up to 4fps in most games. It still lagged when there was alot of stuff in the game. I have had it run at 2fps in Warcraft.

a 50% increase just for 4 fps? thats not even noticeable. and 2 fps in warcraft? i can't even play a game unless im gettin at least 40 fps minimum.
