what it outa be?
oo and should i go with a venice cpu instead?

If u can go with a venice, it'll overclock really nice.

Go with the DFI Lanparty nForce4 Ultra-D

alright dude i think ill do all that.
im jus gonna make a deposit into my bank acount then order this thing.
but what about cpu fans or hotsink r w/ever
does the cpu come with one?

o shit
i was just putting everything in my shopping cart on newegg and for my corsair i read this review- These are great rams! well.. for my friend anyways. I bought it to use it on my new DFI nf4 Ultra-D board, and these rams were not compatible with it.

thats my mobo!!
nnnoooooooo

what do i do?
is all the corsair like this??

and for the sound card...

I feel so bad to have to break up the party here but here goes.

DVD's sound Awesome, but if you listen to mp3's it's horrid. I have a set of Logitech's Z-560 4.1 Speakers and while the front speakers play fine, you have to enable SRS to get rear sound and SRS mode produces a muddy, washed out sound in the rear speakers.

Dispite everyone here saying to get a creative card if you play games, games play just fine with this card if you have a good CPU/ Video Card.

Bottom line:

DVD's - Ok
Games - Ok
Music - No

i plan on having a 200gb archive of every studio recorded music file on the net... :(

and do u guys think my massive video card will fit in the slots in my case?

im really sorry to pile my concern on you guys like this... : /

Huh?? Corsair is incompatible with DFI Mobos? What were they smoking? if its DDR SDRAM (which it is), it is compatible. To prove that wrong, read this review on newegg:

I loaded a pair of these into a DFI "LANPARTY UT 915P-T12" 915P Chipset mainboard, and got some great results. Don't let the "Value RAM" tag bother you, this is some quality stuff.

Interestingly enough, I had the opportunity to toss a pair of the CORSAIR XMS, Xtra-Low Latency 2-2-2-5 (Model CMX512-3200XLPT) and run a memtestx86 from boot, and the test results were almost identical! I didn't change anything in the BIOS, both sets were detected at the proper timings. While the XMS may be better for overclocking (I wouldn't know, didn't try), for everyday standard use I could find no difference.

Thanks to newegg for the excellent service once again!
