runtime error!!!

Hi all,

Whenever trying to install a VB application, I get the following error:

run-time error '70':
Permission Denied

My operating sys is windows XP (with package 2), and I'm logged in as an administrator.

I'd really appreciate it if anyone can tell me how to resolve this issue,
