It is the only one that fits two of those vid cards because of the huge hsf. And like aspire said, sli does not make a big difference and it is actually slower in some benchmarks.
No water cooling, it is very expensive and you only need it if you are going to do very heavy overclocking. the video cards come with a very good cooler, i dont think you need anything extra.

it may be more prone but hard drives are rated to like 10 years
it may mean itll fail in 9
also while they may be noisier their not that noisy
for those gfx cards why dont you take my advice and just wc them all
the top card will overheat if their stacked like that
its called no air circulation
not a waste of money but it is not neccesary
your basically paying 300 more bucks for 5 fps imho not worth it
