will mobo fit in this case??

its an older style case, when i look at it , where the mobo goes, it says there is slots for atx (a), and at(b) risers.. so does that mean any mobo can go into it?.. im worried about the usb and internet plug ports on the dfi lanparty n4.. everything looks as if it aligns but the usb ports..
