What PSU do I need?

Hi, I am going to build a PC with:

AlthlonXP 2800+

MSI KT4 Ultra-SR Motherboard

1GB ddr400 ram

128mb nvidia fx5200

What PSU wattage would I need? Thanks

I would go with a 350W. The bare minimum is around 280W, but with PSUs, you should get a bit bigger than you currently need, just in case you do some future upgrades.

Looks like you are building on a rather tight budget. Like Elba said, you should get higher than what you need. I would go even higher than a 350, 400 or maybe even 450. The 350 will last you until your next upgrade prolly. Dont go cheap on the PSU neither, get a good name brand one. Thermaltake, Antec, OCZ, one of those.
