Would this be a buildable and compatable PC

What do you guys think of this system as far as compatability goes, and allthat.. I'm not a veteran of PC terms or anything, im just starting out but I will tell all the stats as well as possible. I'm not wanting anything too crazy im just your average PC user. (internet, AIM, the ocassional starcraft or C&C game)

-Starting out with a Diabolic Minotaur Foxconn case

-400W power supply (came with Foxconn case)

-Foxconn motherboard 865 series chipset, supports pentium 4 and hyperthreading

Pentium 4 processor 3.2 Ghz with hyperthreading

western digital 120 GB HD 7200rpm 8mb cache

512 mb infineon RAM (2 sticks of 256mb)

ATI Raedon 9200 128mb Graphics card

-dvd/cd rw drive

DVD Drive

well all that pretty much emptied my pockets, i already bought it all then discovered this just decided i would get an opinion before i actually put it together, alot of people say foxconn sucks, but im not sure about that, it has a good chipset, but then again im not sure, and am not that good with computers... is there any reason i should not put this together i.e. compatability issues that you or anyone else knows of?

No, there should be no compatibility issues. Foxconn, however, is very low end. They are like Jetway, which I have, and Jetway absolutely sucks. How much did all that cost you? You went to your local computer shop and he recommended all that to you, didnt you?
