Odd little glitch...

I recently went into Add/Remove programs and found that, on some netries, where there was supposed to be a button there was merely the text of the button. Has anyone else exprienced this? Is this indicative of a problem?

It may be lagging, however i suggest doing a repair install. I will look more into this problem shortly if you'd like.
