I dont know that much about FoxConn motherboards... Im not gonna say if they are bad or good.

The thing I will say is that I have uses a mobo that has the same specs as that one, and I really liked it. It was the Asus P4P800-VM. It had integrated video, but had an open AGP slot for upgradeability.

For a second opinion, dont even consider a Foxcon yo. Get a DFI, MSI, or a Abit board.
