UT will be UV reactive and won't include a lot of the extra goodies of the non-UT version. More specifically a 5.25" front panel with I/O ports and an LED readout diagnostic system.

Well, by the wording "UV reactive", I am presuming it "reacts" to UV light. i.e. it reflects back "pretty" colors when u give it UV light. I am assuming that's what it means..

Yes, that's exactly what it means, if you expose it to a cold cathode light a number of components will glow.
