Transparent menus/start menu...

I would like to have my start menu and every other window semi-transparent (Like KDE)... In StyleXP it has this feature but only transparent taskbar works, for start menu it resets to opague when i restart my omputer, and transparent menus just simply doesnt work

Any other programs that can do what i want??

have you tried to use "high-contrast" windows classic themes under the desktop properties?
