This may sound like a dumb question to some people, but bare with me please. Can I have DDRAM and SDRAM working together?

nevermind... the data sheet that I got from newegg when I ordered it said DDRAM, but CPU-Z says it is DDR-SDRAM. Must have been a typo.

I think you are getting confused with terminology.

Here's some help:

SDR RAM=Single Data Rate RAM
DDR RAM=Double Data Rate RAM
SDRAM=Synchronous Dynamic RAM
DDRAM=nonexistant

If you meant "Will SDR RAM work with DDR RAM?" The answer is no.

No... I think it was a typo. CPU-Z says it is DDR-SDRAM, but once again, my newegg sheet that told me what I ordered said it was "DDRAM 1GB PC-3200 GE1GB3200BSC." But since we're on the subject, can anyone quickly tell me... 184 pin is great RAM to get, right?

Maybe it wasn't a typo. I did some looking and I found this: "DDR-SDRAM is also called SDRAM II. and DDRAM."

huh... I learn something new every day.

I think that calling DDR RAM DDRAM is stupid. Because DDRAM unabbreviated means, "Double Data Rate Access Memory" or "Double Data Random Access Memory" :/

haha... I never said it was a good idea, I just said that apparently some places abbreviate it like that... although I'd have to agree that it is stupid. It'll confuse the heck out of people... like me. :)
