I done this a while back just haven't bothered sorting it out yet, I just had to be careful what files I opened up and it didn't bother me.
You know when you open up a file and you get a Window's 'Caution' window asking you if you want to open the file up as some files may and can harm your computer. Well I 'checked' the box that said don't ask me this again.
Now that when I try to open up some files and these are files that won't open (usually movie clips downloaded from the net) windows get's stuck in a continuous cycle of 'caution window' and attempting to open the file. It is so fast that it is impossible to uncheck the box, I just use 'Ctrl' + 'Alt' + 'Delete' to shut the process off.
Is they any setting that I can change to rectify this?
