Hello ... I am currently studying for my MCSA . I am working on unattended installations w/ answer files . I have the Distribution
folder setup & the Deploy folder setup . I connect from a PC w/
a Fat formatted drive to the Server(2000 advanced) using a Network Boot disk. Everything is set for the unattended install...
but when I go to run the unattend.bat file from my blank PC ...
I get " bad command or file name " . The bat file is good ! it will
run on the Server & begin the unattended install (installing to the server unfortunately) .
I can't get the unattend.bat file to run from the target computer. My instructor says, " ...that shouldn't be happening? " & scratches his head . ?? Does anyone know what's wrong?
