Memory Parity Warning at boot.

Installed a third stick of 512mb DDR 400 in my Intel PERL 428 motherboard. I keep getting a memory parity warning. I noticed that the board is set default to single channel. Anyone know the meaning of this warning? System now contains 3x512mb DDR 400.

answered my own question

Doh! I have 2 in slot a and 1 in slot b. Motherboard will on run single channel until a and b match. If I install anothe 512mb in slot be it will run in dual mode.
