My old wallpaper loads up first on each boot before my new wallpaper is loaded.

I know it is a case of the order the computer loads up. Is there anyway or place to put my file to get the computer to load it first.

I don't want to delete my old wallpaper (my mistake, not screensaver) as it is pretty cool and I may want to change it back when I'm bored of the new one.

This is not a problem as such, just like to know how Windows operates. Is it a question of when I next 'defrag' my new wallpaper will be loaded first?

So does your screensaver or wallpaper show up? Can you just delete the wallpaper and leave the screensaver, as they're both different things?

Fixed IT

I just 'Googled' it, wasn't sure it would throw back relevent info but it did, good old 'Google' what would we do without it.

I fixed it through the Registry:

When Windows starts, it looks for a wallpaper location first in

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Control Panel\Desktop

and then

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\InternetExplorer\Desktop\General

or somewhere else depending on what other wallpaper-setting applications you've installed. If you delete the data value for the

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Control Panel\Desktop\Wallpaper

key you'll get rid of the first wallpaper setting. I just deleted the old wallpaper name and replaced it with my new one.
