Cooling a bumped-up Celeron D

I've been running my 3.06GHz Celeron D for a while, and was curious, which fan/heatsink combo's do you people suggest for bumping the CPU up to 3.4GHz?

I might be doing this, but I know it hurts the CPU, I just wanted to know besides liquid cooling, what brand draws the most heat off a socket 478 cpu?

The XP-90c is actually better than the XP-120.
