Case is fine. 65 bucks for a decent looking case (LED's were never my thing but if it is for you then it looks good for you) with a 400 watt power source. 400 is more than enough unless you're running a high end videocard and a lot of peripherals It looks like you're just doing basics with one DVD drive, one hard drive and a 9600xt. 400 watts is fine.
 
That ram looks good. In fact I was planning on getting Corsair Valueselect ram, but this ram has better timing and heatsinks, so I'm going to get the ram you have listed instead of the ram I was originally going to get so it's good =P
 
if i were you, i'd just save up a little more because with that amount of mone, you're just going to get a severely outdated rig that can't support the newer games with PS 3.0

but if you insist, then that setup looks good, except u should grab yourself a good power supply, rosewill sucks (thermaltake silent purepower 420W TD-420) is good
