Yeah, thats true. I dont believe there is any good tech support. Thats why you learn about the products you have. Dell does have some good computers for cheap though.

local pc shop would be a way to go becasue they can build you one for cheap and for what you want.

If you use a local, have them give you a list of what they are going to put in it, and opst it here.

I've seen several people royally screwed by local shops who used crappy, out of date parts while promising an uber machine.
