well, as of now i have a 15" crappy monitor and am thinkin of getting a new one. heres what i need...

about 17-19 inches (MAYBE a little bigger)
no CRT i dont have enough room.
good responce time
high quality
DVI preferred

money doesnt really matter that much but i would like to keep it reasonable but i want to know if the Apple Cinema Display 20" will work with a windows computer. cuz if it does i might consider it.

i plan on using this monitor for a long time , atleast for four years so i dont want to cheap out like i did on the one i have now.

thx

As u should know Benq is a top brand and this is a top monitor. It also comes with a 3 year warrenty

Benq makes top quality monitors, but if ur looking for something a little less expensive, you can check out something like a hyundai imagequest q17, or a less expensive benq. They are all good.

LG1730S

17" 1280x1024 native 12ms refresh.. I've got one, very nice monitor.. otherwise any of the Acer range are also very nice.. cheapish too

i can spend a lot but i want to keep it less than 500 while still getting a good monitor.

then definitely get the viewsonic VX924, 19 inch, 4ms (lowest response rate LCD right now), DVI

just came out, so i ono if u can find one
