and if you want to do 1.3 x 24 that technically equals 31.2, so really it'd be 1.333333333333333333333333333333333333333 or 1.3 with that little line over to signify infinite

1 and 1/3 wouldnt be exact, that's what 1.3 with the line over it is, but yeah I can't do that line over it in here, there might be a way but I don't know how to do it lol.....also it's been a while since I've been in math class but I don't remember what that line is called.....but your answer is no more exact than mine because 1/3 would still be 3 with a line over it, or if out of 100 it'd be 33 with a line over both

you could represent it in a base-9 system.
if the numbers stopped at 8 before ticking over to "10" (which would have a value of 9 in that system) you could write it as 1.3 and that would be exact
