which is better a board for gaming

am thinking about getting
CHAINTECH Motherboard for AMD Processors, Model# 7NJL1-APOGEE NFORCE2 ATX -RETAIL
for about about 96 bucks from newegg
OR
Asus Motherboard for AMD Athlon XP Processors, Model# A7N8X-VM Retail
for about 95 bucks from newegg

which do u think would hold up better on gaming mostly, not over clocking at all. going to be running kingston hyper X 512 ddr 3000
and AMD XP 1800(1530mhz) and a 80giger from maxtor, oh yea a geforce3 Ti 500, which is going to turn into a FX 5900 in about a month

The Asus motherboard would be the better choice performance wise and is very stable. It also is very expandable. It is just the better of the 2 I think.
