i was at school i think when i read it so i read it really fast, sorry for the mis understanding.

you can always make him an account and only let him d/l from sites you approve of. You could also make him an account on the internet and then set the settings so he cant d/l anything at all.

i ended up creating about 10 tasks to start the program every half and hour starting from when he gets home till when i get home. That'll teach him for stuffing around with my computer

password protect the computer so he can't get on without you entering the password.
