Video resoluton problem!

hi,

after i connected my tv to my gfx card using the s-video out, on restarting my pc i noticed that the bootup and windows logo are "squashed" into 800 x 600 res. compared to the 1280 x 1024 res. i use. the correct resolution appears upon getting to the windows desktop. and thoughts about how i could solve this?

Try to update the driver.

Was it 'squashed' on the TV? TV's dont have as high of a refresh rate or resolution as a CRT does.
