is that a decent product? because I'm trying to upgrade my video card. Or could someone give me a better deal out there?

This is the better deal

6800GT OC's to ultra speeds very well, saves ya 33$, XT may overpower the GT a bit in a few games, but the 6800GT can run Shader Model 3 Games (HL2 HDR Level, Farcry, Splinter Cell Chaos Theroy) while the x800XT is stuck using shader model 1.1 or 2.

The X800XT would be the way to go if it had Shader Model 3 support, but the future of gaming is all Shader Model 3, and if you get an ATI card, you will deeply regret it and constantly be thinking about what you could have had. Take it from me, I bought an X800 Pro, and have never regretted a purchase as much as this one.

Same, except in this case its an X850 XT. O well, at least i still have a pretty spectacular card.
