can't get inetspeak out with regedit!

Ok, guys, so what to do now? i've been using the beta ms antispyware blah blah. well it's the only one that picks up inetspeak. it can't clean it. as soon as i clean it i get the warning pop up saying it's trying to connect. tell it to remove it and it just comes back. so i went in manually to remove it with regedit, and it won't let me delete it.

There is no uninstall feature. Ad-Aware 5.81 and up, and Spybot S&D 0.95b6 and up can remove the BHO42602 variant.

neither of them have picked it up. is there a way i can tell them to.

i've used ccleaner, ad aware, spybot, and the ms beta.

yes, they are all freshly downloaded, and updated. trying s&d right now.
