¿iPlease help me with my new setup!?

I am getting 2 viewsonic 17" LCD screens and I am sure they have different cables than the CRT monitor I am using now.

My vid card supports duel screens.

Right now I have two computers using the same keyboard, mouse and CRT monitor.

I have a KVM switch that allows me to change from one computer to the other.

MY QUESTION IS THIS:

How can I get this all to work correctly? See the picture for what I am trying to do.

ANY help would be greatly appreciated.

could I just use those little adapters that came with my vid card or will I loose image quality when transfering the LCD image through a CRT cable and back to a LCD?

I dont think that made any sense. sorry.

Alright so what exactly are you aiming for, do you want two computers on 3 monitors?

Sorry, I know that was really confusing.

my goal:

a.) to have 2 computers sharing the same keyboard and mouse.

b.) one of those computers will be using both LCD's

c.) the other computer will be sharing one of the LCD's.

the CRT is leaving(I think I am actually going to throw it out into the street and watch as it shatters into millions of tiny pieces. I will video it and host it on here.)
