good moniter?

Sup peoples.. I was just asking about this moniter and seeing what you guys think about it. I will need a new moniter for my build coming up and i wanna get somewhat of a clue on what moniter i will be getting.. I was looking at this 19" CRT

What you guys think? Or would suggest a better 19" for probably no more then $220

i only play c-s 1.6 so i dont need anything to extreme kinda leaning towards the envision, its cheaper and flat crt
