even in a dell 2350 it has like a 400fsb

If it has a 400 fsb, your 2.8GHZ P4 will still run at 1.4ghz

For intel CPU's

FSB \ 4 * Multiplyer = CPU SPEED
CPU SPEED = Multiplyer * (FSB \ 4)

FSB here is intel quad pumped FSB ratings

ah ok so what mobo you recommend and what kind of psu cause all i need is a video card and i was going to go 6800 ultra oc overclocking but you can make some suggestions

This means a max of a Celeron 340 (2.93 GHz) and a Pentium 2.8 GHz for a 533 FSB, which your mobo does support.

The same goes for mobos. Your case is a micro-tower, so buy a micro-ATX. There are many good ones out there, but remember this... you'll have to reinstall WIndows afterwards, as well as everything else that is on your hard drive.

Your motherboard will handle an AGP version of the 6800GT.
