20.1" Viewsonic VP201B TFT
Logitech C/Less Keyboard + Logitech Rechargable Cordless Mouse

and 2 joypads (1s a Nostromo Speedpad) and 3 games (Far Cry, Colin McRae 04, Splinter CellT)

all you need to do is plug in the RJ45 jack and your internet is ready

One reason is because some areas like most of kentucky still dont have it. It will be another 10 years before they even get a single DSL line and server out where i live.
