Creatives are not "crap", that is a dumb statement.

They are both good cards for the money. M-Audio is a smaller company so it has underdog appeal, which is good, I'm all about an underdog and typically root for em, but that doesnt mean Creative is crap because if they were they wouldnt be the industry leader right now.

I am not getting it for audio quality... It supports EAX HD and all neat stuff like that tons of games use.
