you dont understand. I am the front at a very NOT busy help desk. It's a big company, but the help desk has a small volume of calls. I sit here for 8.5 hours a day. Since I have worked here (About 2 weeks) I have only done about 3 or 4 hours of real actual work... TOTAL! And from what I am told, things are only going to get slower. What else is a man to do? And I spend all day here, and work in the IT department, so they cant say I shouldnt be comming to this site. It is work related, in a way.
