i told yall i would post how it turned out.
well i'm running the Zalmon7700 120mm HSF and can now hit 4ghz with a idle temp of 43c. haha i haven't been able to get my cpu up to 100% yet. even decoding a dvd!. but at 70% for about 10mins it hit 49c. those are my results.....i think it is a pretty good gain with this new HSF. thanks for all your help on the other post

my thanks goes out to :

SkyHi

Nice OC. I must've missed that thread, though. You should post some before/after benchmarks.

awesome overclock there man
with my 1.8ghz northwood ive only been able to hit 2.3 to get into windows this is with the stock hsf though

yes i need to run a few bench marks,..........but i don't know exactly what they are...lol could somone explain?

you will need to run a sandra benchmark test
a 3dmark05
and a 3dmark03
and maybe a cpu-z
just google the above

sis sandra (sp? maybe it's sisandra) is the only benchmark that'll apply to your OC directly

www.guru3d.com you can find a whole mess of all the best benchmarks there

btw, are those geil value select ram?
