I use a vacuum, not the house ones, the ones for cleaning cars. A hair dryer works too.

Contact cleaner is the only other thing to spray off electronics. blowoff is a form of contact cleaner.

Another thing, if you do get a lot of dust (like if yer in a college dorm, notorious for dust collection), try putting in some fan filters for your case. This should help keep the dirt out, but you have to clean the filters frequently or they'll restrict airflow.

When yer computer boots, go into BIOS and have a look at the temp readings.
