need video card

does anyone know where i can get a cheep yet decent s-video card? i have 70$ and i also need s-video cable. i want to connect my tv to my computer ( and yes my tv has s-video) any help would be appreciated thanks!

man.. thats old school! u should just try to upgrade everything a little bit.. since all the 64bit and 6800s - x800s, n all that stuff.. the AMD Athlon XPs arent too expensive.. and u can get Corsair ValueSelect 1GB (512MBx2) PC3200 for around $80 on newegg.com

im still kinda nervous about hooking up my tv to my computer is there any precautions i can take before plugging it in . what kind of s-video do i connect it to? is it just s-video out?? i have to be sure before i screw up my system

There is no risk in hooking it up to your TV :amazed:

Any video card with S-video out will work. It is pretty common so just look around for the older 5xxx nidia cards or the 9xxx ATI cards.
