What MOBO would work best with AMD 3800?

How high can/should I safely OC it? And what Heatsink should I use?(I've never OCed a processor before, also will be my first AMD)

what would be the pentium equivalent to this once I OC it? I only know pentiums so I'd like something to compare it to.

The San's are 90nm, so its very obvious this processor will OC well..
