i would have to see a warped bourd to believe it.
bourds arnt made of a flimsy material. its like compairing plywood to normal wood. plywood doesnt worp(in compairison). or any similar material with a manufacturing proccess under high pressures combining materials to resault in greater stability.
and there are mounting screwholes on the motherbourd around each part of the socket... its not like the socket is on a corner of the bourd with an unsupported side.
EDIT: you know if you guys keep posting information like this, the newbs are going to go spreading roomors about these huge HSF's that will crunch a motherbourd into tiny bits and eat it for breakfast.
