A good budget machine

Does anyone have suggestions? Btw, I'm not very partial on DFI, they just dont appeal to me.

Antec P160 w/ window'd side panel - $140 Already have
AMD Athlon 64 3000+ Venice - $150
Abit AN8 - $138
Kingmax Dual Channel 1GB - $74 Already have
eVGA 6600GT - $160
Coolmax 450w PSU - $50 Already have
Seagate Barracuda 80GB SATA - $68

The total is $780. I only plan on OC'ing a little, thats why I went skimpy on the RAM. Thanks in advance.

Get a cheap DFI.

If your not going to get a DFI, then thats good.

Otherwise, I'd say get one. And different RAM, corsair perhaps, would be better. But if you already have it, thats fine.

Good choice of video cards. Looks good.

By budget, I thought you meant 4 or 500. I hate it when people say "I have $500 and I want you to build me a really nice computer that I can game with". For $500, you are not going to get a good computer that you can game with. Didnt mean that towards you, I was just saying in general. That was what I thought I was going to end up saying, but, alas, no need for it. I underestimated thee.

Yea, $500 isn't going to get you much these days. I am thinking of getting some TwinMOS down the road. The Kinmax was on sale, so I jumped on it. It'll work for now.
