Pictures flicker on web pages

I bought an HP AMD 3400 64 processor when I bought it and brought it home it had sombody elses stuff on it so I wiped it clean w/ a buddy who is computer savy and put only the stuff on it that I needed. Oh I also put on a Geforce FX 5700 256MB ddr AGP 8x/4x video card...now when im on some web pages the pictures flicker so bad I can barely see them!?! Do I need to reinstall my video drivers or what? Please be simple b/c im pretty slow w/ this computer stuff thanks.

Try to reinstall the drivers on your graphics card. Did you get the card used?

Also check the refresh rates the video card is set at.

It sounds like a Driver issue try reinstalling drivers.
