Windows services I can safely disable?

I was looking through my startup items, and found some services that might not need to be running. Is it safe to disbale the following via msconfig:
Error Reporting Service
Help and Support
DNS Client

Are there any others that are useless?

You will need the DNS client to use the internet (unless you know the IP address for every website). The other 2 are safe to stop.
