am i going to see a big improvment if i swith from a p4 2.0 toa p4 2.8? (non-hyperthreading cuz mobo doesnt support)? is it worth to sped the money to get that?

definatley not, I was in your same situation, but i went from a 1.5 Willamette to a 2.66 Northwood. Honestly, 100% no difference. Upping your graphics or RAM will make you happier.
